Preeti Helena and Associates provide the Yin to the Yang of modern business life – and life in general.

The quality of our life is not only effected by how we succeed at work or anywhere else for that matter; it is very dependent on how we perceive ourselves at all times. To be successful as ourselves, we must truly know who we are. We must enquire within.

In addition to feeling good about ourselves, we must also be at ease amongst others – starting with our place in our families, and going beyond that to our social and workplace environments (friends and colleagues) where we spend a significant amount of our time. Our sense of belonging, a fundamental human need, very much depends on the quality of our interactions with the people we live and work amongst. Additionally, we may also have businesses to run, and associations and community groups to take part in.

For the last 30 years we have studied, developed and worked with a number of solution-focused coaching and collaboration modalities, experiential group processes, meditation and systemic awareness tools – aimed at addressing our understanding of ourselves, the environment we live and work in, and in ‘cutting the roots of our limiting beliefs’.

Further, on the other side of the balance we bring extensive experience of corporate change and transformation in the workplace – as it impacts both the organisation and the individual. We have been pivotal in a number of major IT projects involving change processes, knowledge management, training course development, and business process analysis – at the same time counselling the individuals in order that they might embrace the change and grow from it.

We offer a range of individual consultations, group workshops and programs to assist the individual, the family and the team to become self-aware, aware of the impact of, and on, their relationships, and how human systems interact. In short. to develop their emotional intelligence, to become Essentially Human.
